I loved all the amenities that came with my room. Never been to a hotel which had a stove top, dishwasher, and full refrigerator, that was awesome. I requested a first floor room, and was accommodated with that request. I was texted by Sean and Aaron throughout my stay consistently checking on me and making sure I had everything and that I was enjoying my stay. This was a plus because I've never experienced this level of concierge service when staying at a hotel. I work in customer service and customer service a big deal to me. This experience by far exceeds my expectations. When I return, I definitely will be a repeat customer. I had an issue with my TV and not being able to turn it on, called front desk and they sent maintenance in within 5 mins of my call. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

We liked everything - the location is just off I-10 but not right on it so the noise of highway is not an issue, was close enough for us to travel to uptown just 10 min drive, the facility is clean and modern. I was greeted by Sean at the reception who was very welcoming and friendly, offered some complimentary snack to my daughter. The room was spacious and clean, very well organized with fully equipped kitchenette and all necessities, overall my family enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!

Easy access to the main highways. Very clean room and bathroom! Spacious and the kitchen exceeded my expectations. Our room came with full size fridge and fully loaded kitchenware with a dishwasher which we never really utilized because we were only there for one night. If ever we come back with the kiddos to visit Houston we will definitely book this property! It was unexpectedly quiet in the hallway which is a plus! And the hotel is very new and beautiful interior decor.

Awesome hotel the staff was great kudos to Sean the night manager, the property has two security guards and the night manager Sean has connections to HPD so a HPD patrol car rides through periodically. Although the area is safe and right off the hwy. the hotel was clean and I didn’t have any problems. The breakfast was good they had a lot of options. Also check out the Asian store next door called the 99 Ranch.

We really enjoyed everything, starting with the parking spaces in the detached building, pleasant service, perfect cleanliness, delicious/not abundant breakfast - just what we needed!
